Reservations & Cancellations:
We understand circumstances may arise that are unavoidable and canceling your appointment may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep your appointment, we require an 12 hour notice of cancellation. Less than 12 hours notice will result in a surcharge fee. Age Requirements:
Spa guests must be 18 years old or accompanied by an adult.
Cellular phones are to be turned off or properly stored beyond reception area
Personal Valuables:
We recommend that you leave all valuable items at home as we can not assume any responsibility for lost or stolen personal items.
Gratuity:
For your convenience, an 18% service charge is added to all services.
